These Terms of Service (ToS) govern the use of LucenTask, a task and planning management service published by Nada Atia EI. Creating an account means accepting the ToS.
LucenTask is available to people aged 15 and over. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your password confidential. You're responsible for the activity on your account.
The Free plan is free of charge. It includes up to 3 projects and 1 assistant planning per week, without collaboration. Paid plans (Starter and Pro) will be available soon; they'll be governed by their own dedicated terms of sale.
The AI Assistant suggests tasks, dates, and schedules. These suggestions may contain errors: check them before confirming. LucenTask doesn't guarantee their accuracy.
You can connect Google Calendar or Outlook. Access to Outlook is read-only. You can disconnect a calendar at any time. Use of these services remains subject to their own terms.
Your tasks, projects, and files remain your property. You authorize LucenTask to store and process them solely to operate the service. You guarantee that you hold the rights to anything you import.
It's forbidden to use LucenTask for illegal, hateful content or content that infringes on others' rights, to attempt to access other users' data, to disrupt the service, or to bypass its technical limits.
LucenTask is provided as is. We do our best to keep it available and reliable, without being able to guarantee continuous availability. Interruptions for maintenance may occur.
LucenTask can't be held responsible for indirect damages, data loss caused by improper use, or decisions made based on AI suggestions. Nothing in these ToS limits your consumer rights.
You can delete your account at any time from Settings. In case of a breach of the ToS, your account may be suspended or deleted, after notice except in urgent cases.
The ToS may evolve over time. You'll be notified of any significant change; continuing to use LucenTask means accepting it.
The ToS are governed by French law. In case of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first (contact@lucentask.com); failing that, French courts have jurisdiction.
